Every Haeffii creation is part of a limited and individually numbered edition.

To ensure the authenticity and exclusivity of each order, your item will only be prepared and packaged after the payment has been received.

Please transfer the total amount to the account displayed after completing your order.

Once your payment has been received, you will receive an official confirmation along with the estimated delivery date.

Absolutely. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your Haeffii creation. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please use the 3 ml sample to test the fragrance.

Once the 50 ml perfume bottle has been opened, the edition cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

Returns within 14 days are only possible if the 50 ml bottle remains unopened and unused.
